Through the website, general forms, social media and digital contact channels, we do not collect sensitive personal data.

At later stages of the real estate process (for example, during the formalization of purchase, lease or legal transactions), it may be necessary to collect additional or sensitive personal data, which will be processed in accordance with a specific privacy notice that will be provided to you at that time.

• Contacting you by phone, email, WhatsApp, messaging or digital channels
• Identifying your real estate interest
• Sharing property options, services or information related to your request
• Scheduling calls, appointments, tours, visits or meetings
• Providing commercial and administrative follow-up on your request
• Creating and managing your record as a prospect or contact
• Maintaining communication regarding availability, features, pricing, location or conditions of properties
• Addressing questions, comments, clarifications or requests
• Complying with legal, regulatory obligations or requirements from competent authorities

Secondary Purposes

Additionally, unless you object, your personal data may be processed for the following secondary purposes:

• Sending you new properties, opportunities or content related to the real estate market
• Sending you promotions, offers or commercial information
• Sending you newsletters, informative content or Reference Real Estate updates
• Performing segmentation, measurement and remarketing actions through advertising tools
• Conducting satisfaction surveys, statistical analysis and improvements to our services

If you do not wish your personal data to be processed for any or all secondary purposes, you may indicate so by sending an email to info@referencerealestate.mx with the subject “Opt-out secondary purposes”.

Opting out of secondary purposes will not affect the processing of your primary request.

Section 05

Processors and Supporting Platforms

To fulfill the purposes described herein, the Controller may use service providers and technology platforms acting as data processors, including:

• EasyBroker
• WhatsApp Business
• Google Analytics 4
• Meta Pixel
• Google Ads
• And, where applicable, email marketing tools or related technology services

Such providers will process personal data solely in accordance with the Controller's instructions and for the fulfillment of the purposes described in this notice.

Section 06

Transfer of Personal Data

Except as legally permitted or required by competent authority, the Controller will not transfer your personal data to third parties for their own purposes without your consent, when such consent is legally required.

Section 07

Options and Means to Limit Use or Disclosure

If you wish to limit the use or disclosure of your personal data, you may send your request to info@referencerealestate.mx, indicating your name, contact information and the limitation you wish to apply. Examples of limitations you may request include:

• No promotions
• No newsletters
• No remarketing
• No additional follow-up

Section 08

Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw the consent granted for the processing of your personal data by sending an email to info@referencerealestate.mx with the subject “Withdrawal of consent”, indicating your name and the data whose processing you wish to revoke.

The withdrawal of consent shall not have retroactive effects.

Section 09

ARCO Rights

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel and Object to the processing of your personal data (ARCO rights). To exercise any of these rights, you may send your request to info@referencerealestate.mx with the subject “ARCO Request”, including the following information:

• Full name
• Registered email address
• Clear description of the personal data on which you wish to exercise your right
• Right you wish to exercise (access, rectification, cancellation or objection)
• Copy of valid official identification
• If acting through a legal representative, document proving representation

If requesting rectification, you must indicate the modifications to be made and provide supporting documentation.

Requests will be handled by the Controller's Administrative Area. The response period is 20 business days from receipt of the complete request. If the request is found to be valid, it will be implemented within the following 15 business days from the communication of the response.

Use of Cookies, Pixels and Similar Technologies

This website uses cookies, pixels and similar technologies for the following purposes:
